After listening to the Provincial People's Council delegates announce the results of the 4th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, voters highly appreciated the session for its many innovations, many issues of concern to voters were discussed by delegates, and relevant agencies and departments were questioned.
On the morning of July 21, in Dien Thanh commune, the delegates of the Provincial People's Council elected in Dien Chau district included Mr. and Mrs. Cao Thi Hien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard; Cao Thi Thuy, Secretary of the Party Committee of Dien Phu commune, had a meeting to review the Party Committees of Dien Thanh, Dien Phuc communes and Dien Chau town. |
Reflecting to the provincial People's Council delegates, voter Cao Thi Sau of Dien Thanh commune suggested that all levels and sectors should pay attention to the education career, especially preschool education. Ms. Sau cited that although it is a rural area, the problem is that Dien Thanh commune lacks schools, so to send their children to preschool, parents have to wait day and night to submit their applications, with few quotas while the demand is high.So many children cannot attend the commune's kindergarten.
It is recommended that all levels should study and have a roadmap for investing in building more schools to ensure that children of school age can go to school.

Also related to the education sector, voter Nguyen Van Dieu of Dien Thanh commune said: The story of extra teaching and learning has been reflected many times but until now it is still widespread and not strictly managed, causing pressure on parents and students. It is suggested that the government needs to study and consider managing extra teaching and learning. Mr. Dieu expressed concern about the quality of preschool education, which still has many shortcomings due to the facilities and the quality of teachers not meeting the requirements.
Voter Tran Dang Hoi, Hamlet 3, Dien Thanh Commune, said: The State needs to have policies to manage transportation businesses. Mr. Hoi cited that recently, in just a short period of time, there have been a series of accidents caused by buses due to speeding to compete for passengers, causing people to be very confused and afraid when participating in traffic by this means of transport.
"I think the government needs to tighten bus operations, ensure traffic safety for people, especially manage drivers' licenses," Mr. Hoi suggested.

Regarding the agricultural production sector, voter Hoang Van Minh, Dien Thanh suggested that the government should provide initial support to "stimulate" production development for farmers. According to Mr. Minh, the policy of supporting farmers, especially supporting damage caused by natural disasters, is still slow, causing people to lose confidence. Mr. Minh suggested that if the government provides support policies, they should be implemented soon so that people have conditions to continue production.
Regarding the activities of People's Councils at all levels, voter Dau Minh Chau, Dien Thanh commune, said that although People's Councils at all levels have issued many resolutions, they have not been put into practice, and the content of some resolutions is still general. Mr. Chau suggested that in order to improve the effectiveness of the work of TXCT, dialogue should be held in each region and area, while at the same time creating effectiveness and spreading the Resolutions of the Councils at all levels.
Sharing the same view, voter Ngo Quoc Vinh, Dien Thanh commune, said: The issue that voters are concerned about is the legitimate recommendations and proposals of voters that are transferred by People's Councils at all levels to the relevant agencies for resolution. "Therefore, we hope that the delegates, with their functions and duties, will pay attention to thoroughly resolving the issues that voters have proposed to create voters' trust in state agencies," said Mr. Vinh.
