In their petition to National Assembly representatives, voters in Do Luong reflected on the situation of illegal sand and gravel mining in the Lam River basin, noting that numerous complaints have remained unresolved. The section of the Lam River passing through Dang Son commune has two major projects: the Bara Dam and the Do Luong Bridge. Recently, some units have been indiscriminately mining sand near the bridge's base, altering the river's flow. According to regulations, vessels are prohibited from mining within 500 meters upstream of the Bara Dam and the Do Luong Bridge, but construction continues, causing landslides and public discontent.

Voters in Do Luong also expressed concern about several issues such as: policies for those who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution and war invalids; the need for timely financial assistance for people affected by natural disasters and floods; the construction of more polling stations to report crimes in order to strengthen the fight against corruption; greater attention to investment in agricultural development; surveying the geological strata in areas where land has cracked due to illegal sand mining; the rampant multi-level marketing causing public anxiety; and the need for stricter management of drug prices and the business operations of pharmacies.

Voters in Do Luong expressed concern about the drug problem, as this type of crime is on the rise, affecting social security and order. Therefore, voters suggested that attention should be paid to placing drug addicts in centralized rehabilitation facilities, building community-based rehabilitation models, and preventing relapse.
