Voters in Anh Son district have reported that the District People's Committee and the Anh Son Town People's Committee recently held meetings with households owning agricultural land in the Cho Mua area to discuss land acquisition for the expansion of the Vietnam-Laos cemetery and the construction of a resettlement area. However, the compensation rate offered is only 36,000 VND/m².2The compensation rate for agricultural land that was confiscated was too low compared to the 2016 compensation rate in some other agricultural areas in the town (according to voters, it was 40,000 VND/m²).2). With a compensation price of 36,000 VND/m2The current compensation rates do not guarantee job retraining and stable livelihoods for the people. Voters request that National Assembly and Provincial People's Council representatives review the compensation rates to ensure the rights of the people. Voters in Anh Son town reported that along the Lam River bank, from Residential Area 1 (town) to Village 7 (Thach Son commune), erosion is affecting the lives, production, and daily activities of the people. Voters request that relevant authorities provide support and invest funds to carry out embankment work along the aforementioned riverbank.

Regarding transportation, voters have reported that violations of traffic safety regulations by students are common in Anh Son district. In addition, along National Highway 7 and several inter-district and inter-commune roads, oversized and overloaded vehicles, as well as speeding vehicles, frequently occur, causing a disruption to public order and traffic safety, and creating frustration for road users. Voters suggest that relevant authorities should increase patrols, inspections, and enforcement.
Voters in Hoi Son commune have reported that for the same plot of land, people face many difficulties and waste a lot of time when applying for land use right certificates, or even fail to obtain them. However, when using intermediary services or brokers, the process is very quick. Furthermore, in some cases, commune land officials do not issue receipts or set a date for the results when receiving applications for land use right certificates. Voters request that relevant authorities clarify these issues.

Issues related to funding for bridge construction and transportation infrastructure; increased operating budget for socio-political organizations; increased allowances for branch and youth union officials; preferential treatment for meritorious individuals; anti-corruption efforts; issuance of land use rights certificates; and employment for commune-level officials, civil servants, and non-specialized workers after administrative unit mergers... were also raised by voters in Anh Son district to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
