Voters of Ky Son district hope to receive attention in investing and upgrading infrastructure.
(Baonghean.vn) - My Ly commune, Ky Son district currently has 12 villages, however, so far only 3 villages, Xop Tu, Xieng Tam, Hoa Ly, have electricity; the national grid has not been connected to the remaining 9 villages. Local voters really hope that the project will be completed soon so that people can benefit.
Implementing the plan of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation on meeting voters after the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly, on the morning of June 22, the National Assembly delegation including Mr. Hoang Minh Hieu - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Law Committee; and Mr. Tran Nhat Minh - Member of the National Assembly's Law Committee, full-time National Assembly Delegate had a meeting with voters in My Ly commune, Ky Son district.

On behalf of the National Assembly deputies, Deputy Tran Nhat Minh - Member of the National Assembly's Law Committee, full-time National Assembly Deputy informed about the results achieved at the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly.
Accordingly, the National Assembly reviewed and voted to pass 5 laws, 16 thematic resolutions and the general resolution of the session, gave opinions on 6 draft laws and resolved many other important contents.

The National Assembly also gave opinions on six draft laws, including: Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence (amended); Law on Medical Examination and Treatment (amended); Law on Implementing Democracy at Grassroots Level; Law on Inspection (amended); Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Radio Frequencies; Law on Petroleum (amended).
The National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province contributed many important opinions to the success of the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly.
With a spirit of democracy and responsibility, voters expressed many thoughts, aspirations and recommendations to the National Assembly and the Government, requesting their attention and resolution.
Voter Vi Van Vinh - Head of Yen Hoa village suggested that My Ly Commune People's Committee is currently implementing the construction of a community tourism site in Yen Hoa. However, the highlight of the tourist site, the ancient Yen Hoa tower, is seriously degraded. It is recommended that all levels and sectors pay attention to investing in maintenance and repair.
Regarding the issue of information infrastructure, Voter Luong Van Nhun - Head of Cha Nga village proposed investing in a radio system for the commune to facilitate propaganda work; to overcome the reality that due to the characteristics of mountainous areas with many obstacles in terrain and wide population distribution, propaganda work is only carried out in batches, and information cannot be updated regularly.
Voters of Cha Nga, Xop Duong, Pieng Vai, Pieng Pen, Nhọt Lot, Pha Chieng and Huoi Pun villages requested the National Assembly to pay attention to directing the construction of telephone broadcasting stations for the above 7 villages.

Voter Luong Van Thang - Secretary of Hoa Ly village proposed that the State pay attention to building a domestic water system for the people of Hoa Ly village, and have a support plan to build essential routes from Xieng Tam - Xang Tren - Xop Duong - Cha Nga, the route from Yen Hoa - Pieng Pen - Nhot Lot, the route from Hoa Ly - Pha Chieng - Huoi Pun, the route from Hoa Ly - Pieng Vai is currently a dirt road that cars cannot access, when it rains, landslides and erosion cause difficulty in traveling, affecting labor, production, study and border protection activities...
Voter Gia No Cho - Party Secretary of Pha Chieng village proposed that regarding the project of extending the national grid, according to the roadmap, the grid will be extended to all villages by 2020, but it has not been completed yet. Voters hope that the National Assembly will pay attention, and that relevant levels, sectors and units will direct and soon promote the implementation of the project, to improve people's lives, promote economic - cultural - social development, and ensure national defense and security in the area. Voters of 9 villages of Yen Hoa, Xang Tren, Xop Duong, Cha Nga, Pieng Pen, Nhot Let, Pieng Vai, Pha Chieng and Huoi Pun also hope that the National Assembly delegates will take note of the grid issue and forward it to the National Assembly and the Government for attention and resolution.

At the conference, voters listened to leaders of Ky Son district and relevant departments of the commune and district answer a number of recommendations on the field of new rural construction; support for people to reclaim rice fields; degraded traffic infrastructure and irrigation systems; the issuance of land use right certificates and policies on payment for forest environmental services...
On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, delegate Hoang Minh Hieu - Standing member of the National Assembly's Law Committee highly appreciated the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of voters of Ky Son district. The voters' recommendations are closely related to people's lives and the specific difficulties of remote communes, which are an important basis for the National Assembly to consider, develop and issue practical policies, in line with reality, meeting the needs and aspirations of the people.

On this occasion, the delegation of the National Assembly of Nghe An province supported 5 poor households to build new houses and repair temporary houses in Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district with an amount of 60 million VND/household. The funding was taken from the social security mobilization source of the delegation of the National Assembly of the province.
