Regarding the traffic congestion issue, the leader of Vinh City Party Committee frankly stated that this is a “headache”, one of the reasons is that the number of cars is overloaded compared to the infrastructure. Accepting the opinions of voters, Mr. Nguyen Van Lu said that he will direct the authorities to focus on handling the issue, while urging voters to continue to raise awareness when participating in traffic.
Regarding the opinion that the tangled system of power lines and telecommunication wires on the electric poles is unsafe, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee suggested that the authorities work with the relevant units that are using the same infrastructure to find a solution. As for the city, the new traffic system will try to put the power grid underground as was done on Namyangju Dasan Road which was inaugurated in March 2017.
Regarding the management of apartment buildings and urban areas, Mr. Nguyen Van Lu said that in Vinh city, there are currently 83 apartment buildings, of which 54 are in use, 25 are under construction, and 4 are not yet built; 40 urban areas, of which 20 are in use, 17 are under construction, and 3 are not yet built.
However, according to the leader of Vinh City Party Committee, the current difficulty is the management of household registration and issuance of certificates in apartment buildings and urban areas. At the same time, delegate Lu said that to solve this situation, there needs to be a solution in the issue of decentralization of State management.
Regarding the progress of the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard Project, delegate Nguyen Van Lu said that the authorities are focusing on clearing the land in the city section to ensure the project's progress so that it can be opened to traffic early next year as planned.
