The Draft Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises consists of 4 chapters and 38 articles. Regarding the draft law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tien said that the term “micro-enterprise” should not be used in the draft law; the draft is very long and has no focus, so it is difficult to implement. Sub-law documents are needed to provide specific criteria to support enterprises. Regarding loans, there should be specific regulations on State incentives for SMEs.
