(Baonghean.vn) - Voters of Dien Trung commune (Dien Chau) reported that 30 households in Dien Trung commune have completed all procedures but up to now, after 5 years, they have not been granted Land Use Rights Certificates. We request the Provincial People's Committee to pay attention, direct and resolve this issue.

According to the report of the People's Committee of Dien Trung commune (Dien Chau): At the time of granting the Land Use Right Certificate in 1997 - 1999, Dien Trung commune had 42 households and individuals in hamlet 15 (now hamlet 10) granted by the People's Committee of Dien Chau district with a residential land area of 500 m2.2, the remaining households in the area are all granted land certificates for 200m22.
In the process of issuing and exchanging certificates after measuring according to the official cadastral map, 11 households have issued and exchanged certificates, re-determining the residential land area of 200 m2.2, 31 households have not agreed to make a file for change.
After conducting the inspection, the People's Committee of Dien Chau district issued Decisions on revoking the Land Use Right Certificates that were issued with incorrect land use limits and assigned the People's Committee of Dien Trung commune to guide people to declare to be granted Certificates according to regulations.

After the people filed a complaint, the Provincial People's Committee established an interdisciplinary working group headed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. On July 6, 2022, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 5050/UBND-TD, in which it assigned the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Chau district to inspect, review, amend and supplement the decisions of the District People's Committee (Decision on revoking the Certificate of Land Use Rights and Decision on first-time complaint settlement) in accordance with the provisions of law.
Currently, Dien Chau District People's Committee is implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
