Voters in Dien Trung commune (Dien Chau district) have complained about delays in receiving land use right certificates.
(Baonghean.vn) - Voters in Dien Trung commune (Dien Chau district) have reported that 30 households in Dien Trung commune have completed all necessary procedures but, after 5 years, have still not received land use right certificates. They request that the Provincial People's Committee pay attention to and direct the resolution of this issue.

According to a report from the People's Committee of Dien Trung commune (Dien Chau district): At the time of issuing land use right certificates in 1997-1999, Dien Trung commune had 42 households and individuals in Hamlet 15 (now Hamlet 10) who were granted land use right certificates by the Dien Chau District People's Committee with a total residential land area of 500 m².2The remaining households in the area were all granted land ownership certificates for 200m² of residential land.2.
The process of simultaneously issuing land certificates after surveying according to the official cadastral map has resulted in 11 households having their certificates issued, with the area of residential land re-determined at 200 m².2, while 31 households have not yet agreed to have their applications for replacement issued.
Following an inspection, the People's Committee of Dien Chau District issued decisions to revoke land use right certificates that had been issued incorrectly regarding residential land limits and instructed the People's Committee of Dien Trung Commune to guide residents in declaring their land use rights in order to obtain certificates in accordance with regulations.

Following complaints from residents, the Provincial People's Committee established an inter-agency task force headed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. On July 6, 2022, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 5050/UBND-TD, which instructed the Chairman of the Dien Chau District People's Committee to review and amend the district's decisions (Decision on the revocation of land use right certificates and Decision on resolving initial complaints) in accordance with the law.
Currently, the People's Committee of Dien Chau district is implementing the directives of the Provincial People's Committee.
