The recommendations and proposals of voters under the authority of the People's Committee of Quy Hop district were directly explained. Some issues under the authority of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Minh were directly explained and many other issues beyond the authority of delegate Nguyen Dinh Minh promised to fully summarize to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration, resolution and response in the next session.
