Cua Lo will officially open its 2017 tourist season on the night of April 29th.

Comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - presided over the meeting. Attending the meeting were representatives from the Department of Culture and Sports, the Department of Tourism, provincial departments and agencies; leaders of Cua Lo Town; provincial media agencies; and Comrade Nguyen Quang Thong - Editor-in-Chief of Thanh Nien Newspaper. |
During the meeting, representatives from Thanh Nien Newspaper presented ideas for a program to be held during the Cua Lo tourism opening ceremony. Specifically, for promotion, the Cua Lo symbol would be prominently displayed on the stage of Binh Minh Square, making it easily recognizable to television viewers and tourists; the cultural performances would focus on praising the generosity of the sea; songs expressing the diligence and hard work of fishermen who have been closely associated with the sea for generations; and songs praising the homeland and country.
In addition, the program will invite several young singers who are attracting public attention... in order to convey the message of an attractive, youthful, and dynamic Cua Lo.
In addition, representatives of the event organizers requested that Nghe An province and Cua Lo town promptly send a letter requesting live broadcast on Vietnam Television so that the television station can arrange the broadcast schedule; and finalize the theme of the tourism season so that the organizers can develop a detailed script...

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Le Minh Thong finalized the schedule for the event on the evening of April 29th, requesting that Thanh Nien Newspaper promptly complete the detailed script; he also requested that the program script create an impressive highlight.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the event organizers hold a grand-scale event with engaging content, rich in the cultural identity of Nghe An province... in order to develop Cua Lo tourism in accordance with its potential and strengths as it is on the Vietnamese tourism map.
