Cua Lo organizes tandem bicycle race

(Baonghean.vn) - CCelebrate the 72nd anniversary of August Revolution, National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam,On September 2, Thu Thuy ward - Cua Lo town solemnly organized the tandem bicycle race 'Journey of connecting love 2017'.

Participating in this year’s tandem bicycle race were 37 male and female pairs selected from residential areas in Thu Thuy ward. Each pair of 1 male and 1 female had to use tandem bicycles to cycle around some inner-ward roads. The total length of the race track was about 6 km.

Thanks to careful training, the couples all showed their flexibility and broke through in the sprint stages of their competition.

After the cycling race, the winning couples shared messages about family planning and the secret to keeping a happy family.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the couple Tran Bach Nhat and Nguyen Thi Linh Chi, block 6, Thu Thuy ward. The Organizing Committee also awarded gifts to the couples who won the second, third, team and impressive prizes.
