Logistics Department of Military Region 4 gives gifts to policy families

(Baonghean.vn) - Towards the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – 27/7/2017), on the morning of July 6, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Quang - Deputy Director of Logistics Department of Military Region 4 and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of war invalid Nguyen Van Tien, Block 1, Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tien (born in 1959) is a 1/4 disabled veteran. In 1979, during the Vietnam-Laos border war, Mr. Tien was seriously injured with a disability rate of 81%. After being discharged from the army, he has always actively participated in contributing to local movements.
