Technical Department of Military Region 4: Handing over "House of Gratitude"

(Baonghean.vn)- On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Military Region 4 (October 15, 1945 - October 15, 2015), on the morning of October 6, the Technical Department of Military Region 4 held a handover ceremony of "House of Gratitude" to Major Phan Thi Ly (Vinh City), an employee of the Administrative Board, Technical Department, who is facing housing difficulties.

The level 4 house, construction area 75 m2, total value 300 million VND, of which the "House of Gratitude" fund of the Ministry of National Defense supported 70 million VND; the Technical Department supported 30 million VND; Factory 467 lent 50 million VND and supported 15 working days, the rest was contributed by family and brothers.
