Attending the announcement ceremony were Comrade Tran Huu Linh - Secretary of the Party Committee and Director General of the General Department of Market Management. Representing Nghe An province were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Le Hong Vinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Nam Dinh - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, Phan Duc Dong - Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee, along with representatives from the Provincial Party Organization Committee and relevant departments and agencies.

At the ceremony, a representative from the General Department of Market Management announced the decision of the Minister of Industry and Trade to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Huong (born in 1969), former Deputy Head of the Market Management Sub-Department, as...Director of the Nghe An Market Management Department.

In his remarks assigning the new duties, Comrade Tran Huu Linh - Director General of the General Department of Market Management - acknowledged the dedication and achievements of Comrade Nguyen Van Huong. He expressed his hope that Comrade Huong would continue to strive and develop his abilities to work together with the leadership team of the Nghe An Market Management Department to successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to the stable socio-economic development of Nghe An province.
