Nghe An Tax Department organizes the drawing of numbers for the 'Lucky Invoice' program.
(Baonghean.vn) - With the close supervision of the Supervisory Board, the program has found the owners of 42 lucky invoices that received prizes in the second and third quarters of 2022.

Attendees included representatives from the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department and members of the Supervisory Board of the "Lucky Invoice" program, as per Decision No. 3168/QD-UBND dated October 14, 2022, of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.

The "Lucky Invoice" program, implemented by the Nghe An Tax Department, aims to encourage buyers to obtain invoices when purchasing goods and services to manage business revenue and avoid tax evasion, while also encouraging sellers of goods and services to use electronic invoices with tax authority codes.
The "Lucky Invoice" program includes electronic invoices with tax authority codes, complete buyer identification information (Tax ID/Citizen Identification Number/Passport), and where the buyer is an individual or household business. It excludes: cancelled invoices, adjusted invoices, replacement invoices, and invoices with identical seller and buyer tax IDs. Each invoice is selected only once. The selection process is objective, open, transparent, and subject to strict supervision by the Supervisory Board.

The "Lucky Invoice" program applies to all electronic invoices issued by organizations and individuals within the jurisdiction of the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department and its regional tax offices, including Vinh City.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee conducted a random draw to select the lucky winning invoices for the second and third quarters. Each quarter will have 21 winning invoices, including 1 first prize worth 10 million VND, 3 second prizes worth 3 million VND each, 5 third prizes worth 1 million VND each, and 12 consolation prizes worth 500,000 VND each.
In the second quarter, the first prize winning invoice belonged to Thuan Lan Store, with the invoice date of June 23, 2022. In the third quarter, the first prize went to Hung Soa Store, with the invoice date of July 8, 2022.

The results of the "Lucky Invoice" program for each quarter will be publicly announced by the Tax Department on its electronic portal: https://nghean.gdt.gov.vn and on the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department's Facebook page on the same day after the "Lucky Invoice" program ends.
The Organizing Committee will contact and award prizes to the owners of the lucky receipts within 30 days of the announcement of the "Lucky Receipt" program for each quarter.

The "Lucky Receipt" program is an initiative aimed at changing people's habit of not requesting receipts when making purchases, thereby creating transparency, maximizing consumer rights protection, improving the efficiency of tax management, and contributing to increased state budget revenue.
