| Mr. Nguyen Tho Chat, head of Tay Ho hamlet, said: "At the beginning of 2020, based on an idea from an individual in the hamlet, the children of the hamlet, most of whom are working far from home, donated money to buy Bauhinia and Lagerstroemia trees to plant. The Women's Association was tasked with planting and caring for them, and now 300 Bauhinia and Lagerstroemia trees along the main roads of the hamlet are thriving and displaying beautiful blossoms." | Mr. Hoang Van Sam, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Thanh commune, said that the locality achieved the New Rural Area status in 2014. Currently, all hamlets in the commune plant flowers along the roadsides, but Tay Ho hamlet was the first to plant Bauhinia trees along both sides of the road. This not only creates a unique and beautiful environment but also contributes to a greener, cleaner, and more beautiful landscape. However, to make the new rural area even more beautiful, the hamlets need to build flowerbeds to plant more types of flowers along the roadsides in a more organized manner, while also freeing up traffic lanes for smoother traffic flow.
