The little-known sea route in Ninh Binh.
The sea bridge, located on the road connecting Binh Minh III dike (Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province) to Con Noi is an attractive check-in spot with its romantic and picturesque sunset views.
Recently, a video of a coastal road in Ninh Binh, posted on TikTok, has attracted over half a million views thanks to its picturesque scenery.
According to Mr. Hua Hong Quan (who lives and works in Bac Giang City), the scene was captured on the sea-crossing road connecting the Binh Minh III dike to Con Noi, located in Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province.
This is a sea road and bridge project with a total length of approximately 6 km, constructed from 2017 and completed in 2020.
The route begins at the national biosphere reserve and ends at Con Noi – a small island in Kim Son district.

Hong Quan shared that the approximately 3km long sea bridge is an attractive check-in spot, but not many people know about it. The best time to take photos and enjoy the scenery here is at sunrise and sunset.
“I arrived here at 5:30 PM, right at sunset, when the tide was rising, so the scenery was beautiful. The gentle afternoon sunlight, and the bridge surrounded by the vast ocean, all combined to create a beautiful, poetic, and romantic moment,” Hong Quan recounted.

According to the experience of this young man from Bac Giang, to "capture" the most beautiful moment at the sea bridge to Con Noi islet, tourists should monitor the tide schedule and time their visit when the water rises (when the tide is high, mainly in the afternoon).
If you visit during low tide, when the water recedes, you'll see the entire sandbank appear along both sides of the bridge. This is the area where locals raise clams, with several watchtowers erected in the middle.
"Some tourists who have visited the sea bridge to Con Noi Island claim that their videos have been edited, making the scenery different from reality. However, if you visit this place on a sunny day and at high tide, you will experience the impressive natural beauty of the area."
"In my experience, the water is clearer on sunny days, making it more convenient for tourists to visit and take photos," the 9X generation member emphasized.

The young man from Bac Giang further revealed that, although it's a beautiful check-in spot, tourists can't always visit it.
"There's no fixed schedule for when the bridge opens or closes. Usually, it opens during major holidays to make it convenient for locals and tourists to travel to the island for sightseeing and experiences," Quân said.
If you're lucky enough to arrive when the bridge opens and set foot on Con Noi islet, don't miss the chance to explore this pristine coastal area.

Con Noi islet, located in the coastal area of Kim Son, was once recognized by UNESCO as a world biosphere reserve and is one of the eight most important biodiversity conservation areas in the Asia-Pacific region.
Besides Con Noi islet, if you have the opportunity to visit Kim Son, you can combine your trip with experiencing other tourist attractions in the district such as Phat Diem stone church, Kim Son sedge village, Luu Quang tiled bridge… and don't forget to enjoy delicious local specialties such as eel salad, goat meat, crispy rice…
