Seeing visitors, Mr. Hoa, who was inside holding his young child, quickly put the baby down on the bed and came to the table to greet us. Mr. Hoa said: “We got married a short time ago, and my wife got pregnant and gave birth to baby Vang Anh. My family currently lives with my grandparents and siblings.
