People's Artist Lê Khanh, whose real name is Trần Mai Khanh, was born in 1963 in Hanoi. She is the daughter of the theater artists Trần Tiến and Lê Mai. She is also the younger sister of Meritorious Artist Lê Vân and the older sister of Meritorious Artist Lê Vy.
