Meritorious Artist Lê Vân, at nearly 70 years old, leads a quiet and private life, especially in her married life, always keeping a private space for herself.

Meritorious Artist Lê Vân, born in 1958, became a well-known name among audiences in the early 1980s. Mentioning Lê Vân brings to mind an actress with a distinctive yet deeply captivating beauty. She is considered an icon of beauty for women in old Hanoi.

Throughout her career, audiences will never forget the role of Duyen in "When Will October Come?". This role has gone down in history and will forever remain a memorable milestone in her career. Thanks to the role of Duyen in "When Will October Come?", Le Van won the Golden Lotus Award for Best Actress at the 1985 Vietnam Film Festival, and this is also the role she is most proud of. Speaking about this emotionally charged role, Meritorious Artist Le Van confided: "When acting, I myself didn't realize where the boundary was between real life and film."

Although she started her career as a dancer, it seems that cinema is the "fertile ground" for Le Van. Audiences who loved feature films from a few decades ago cannot forget the character of "Sister Dau" with her eyes that were sometimes defiant, sometimes resigned, played by Meritorious Artist Le Van.

After many successful films, Meritorious Artist Le Van seemed to disappear from the Vietnamese film industry. In 2006, she unexpectedly returned with her autobiography "Le Van - Love and Life". Her autobiography caused much controversy due to too many personal details related to her family. Because of this uproar, Le Van became even more withdrawn. Currently, she lives abroad and does not share any information.

After her autobiography, she completely disappeared from the art scene, leading a quieter and more private life. Regarding her personal life, after experiencing many ups and downs in her relationships, she finally found happiness with her Dutch husband.

Later, the artist bore her husband two children and moved abroad with him to settle down.

Having passed the age of 60, artist Le Van enjoys a peaceful and happy life with her children. The female artist dislikes the hustle and bustle and quietly enjoys the simple daily life like many other women who have reached retirement age.

In an interview with the press a few years ago, the artist confided that although she no longer had the spotlight of the stage, she felt content being an "ordinary person."
