The "Elegant Young Woman of Cua Lo" contest 2024 will officially launch in early March.
(Baonghean.vn) - In just a few days, the "Elegant Young Woman of Cua Lo" contest 2024 will officially launch with many attractive contents and prizes.
The "Elegant Young Woman of Cua Lo" contest is one of the events celebrating Cua Lo tourism in 2024 and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Cua Lo town. This is an opportunity to introduce and promote the image of Cua Lo tourism to friends inside and outside the province.
Through activities aimed at celebrating the value of physical beauty, inner qualities, talents, and intelligence of women in the modern era.
Contestants will participate in meaningful activities such as: Visiting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the Armed Forces, meritorious individuals, families of policy beneficiaries, and households in difficult circumstances; contributing to community life, environmental sanitation, and combating plastic waste... This encourages young people to participate in healthy and beneficial activities, aiming towards the holistic beauty of Vietnamese women.
The contest is open to young women from Cua Lo who are living, working, studying, or employed in schools, agencies, units, or businesses inside and outside the province, or young women living, studying, working, or employed in Cua Lo town.
Eligibility requirements: Female contestants must be between 16 and 30 years old; at least 1.60 meters tall; possess natural beauty and a well-proportioned physique. In addition to physical beauty, they must also be healthy, morally upright, lead a wholesome lifestyle, have no criminal record, and not be currently under criminal investigation.
The preliminary round is scheduled to take place from March 12-17, 2024 at the Cua Lo Town Political Center.
The Organizing Committee will review the applications, meet with the registered contestants, and select 50 outstanding contestants for the final round.
The final round is scheduled from March 18-20, 2024, at either the Muong Thanh Cua Lo Hotel or the Summer Hotel. Contestants will participate in a catwalk show; engage in extracurricular activities, social welfare programs, and environmental protection initiatives; and have their photos taken to promote Cua Lo tourism.
Based on the above activities, the Organizing Committee will score and select the 30 most outstanding contestants to advance to the final round. These contestants will then participate in a talent competition to receive bonus points in the final round.
At the final round, scheduled from March 25-30, 2024, at Binh Minh Square or Hoa Cuc Bien Park, Cua Lo town, contestants will have to go through the following performance segments: Traditional Ao Dai costumes with sea daisy motifs; Evening gowns; and a Q&A session for the top 5 contestants to select the first, second, and third place winners, as well as other awards.
Prize structure:
First Prize: Crown, certificate from the Organizing Committee, cash prize of 30,000,000 VND, and sponsor vouchers.
Two second prizes, each including a certificate from the Organizing Committee, a trophy, and a cash prize of 20,000,000 VND, plus a sponsor's voucher.
Two third prizes, each including a certificate from the Organizing Committee, a trophy, and a cash prize of 10,000,000 VND, plus sponsor vouchers.
Other awards and titles: Certificates and cash prizes worth 5,000,000 VND each, and sponsor vouchers.
