(Baonghean.vn) - On December 2nd, at Hamlet 22, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City People's Committee organized a forced land reclamation operation for the construction of the 95m road connecting Vinh and Cua Lo, phase 1.

After numerous attempts at persuasion and public awareness campaigns, at 5:45 PM on December 1st, four households agreed to accept compensation and relocate their property, handing over the land to the local authorities. However, Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan and the other legal heirs of Mr. Nguyen Van Sang still disagreed with the compensation and land clearance plan.
To ensure the timely handover of the land to the construction unit, the Vinh City Enforcement Board, with the full participation of relevant authorities, organized the forced demolition of assets on the land belonging to Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan's household to reclaim 686 m².2residential land.
