(Baonghean.vn) - While anchored at the dock, a fishing boat belonging to fishermen from Quynh Lap commune capsized, with initial estimated damage of approximately 150 million VND.

Reportedly, the cause was low tide, which caused the boat to capsize. Initial estimates of the damage are around 150 million VND. Immediately after receiving the report, the Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station mobilized forces to coordinate with local authorities, residents, and the boat owner to participate in the rescue operation.
