"58.7% of the Ukrainian population has income below the average, 30.5% - income below the minimum subsistence level" - the presidential candidate wrote on Facebook.

Yulia Tymoshenko also noted that such a situation in the economy is the cause of catastrophic emigration. Tymoshenko stressed that over the past year, more than 1 million Ukrainians have left their homeland, and another 3 million are ready to do so in the near future. According to Tymoshenko, this situation is a threat to national security.

Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko stressed that to overcome the current situation, the authorities need to provide Ukrainians with an alternative and create conditions for a decent life in the country.
