Specifically, from 5:45 AM this morning (August 26th), the North-South expressway section passing through Nghe An province has officially reopened to traffic, and the traffic ban is no longer in effect. Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper and Radio & Television, due to the impact of Typhoon No. 5 with its complex developments, causing heavy rain and strong winds, the Traffic Police issued a temporary decision to ban all vehicles from circulating on the North-South expressway section through Nghe An from the afternoon of August 25th to ensure safety.
