Traffic on the North-South Expressway through Nghe An has been open since 5:45 a.m. on August 26.
After temporarily banning all traffic on the North-South Expressway section through Nghe An province from 1:30 p.m. on August 25 to respond to the impact of storm No. 5, this morning (August 26), authorities have allowed traffic to resume on the route.
Specifically, from 5:45 this morning (August 26), the North-South Expressway section through Nghe An province has been officially reopened to traffic, the ban on traffic is no longer in effect. Authorities confirmed that weather conditions in the area have stabilized, ensuring safety for people and vehicles participating in traffic.

Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, Radio and Television, due to the impact of Storm No. 5 with complicated developments, causing heavy rain and strong winds, the Traffic Police force decided to temporarily ban all vehicles from circulating on the North-South Expressway section through Nghe An from the afternoon of August 25 to ensure safety.
