Bodies of 3 missing father and sons found at Ben Thuy bridge
At around 4:20 p.m. this afternoon (October 15), rescuers found the bodies of a father and his three children who went missing on the night of October 13 at Ben Thuy bridge.
According to information from the authorities, at about 1:50 p.m. on October 15, rescuers found the bodies of two children in the case of three missing fathers and sons.Ben Thuy BridgeThe area where the bodies of the two children were found was identified as near Cua Hoi bridge.
At about 4:20 p.m. the same day, rescuers found the father's body not far away.
Previously, on the night of October 13, authorities received information that a man rode a motorbike onto Ben Thuy bridge over Lam river connecting Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces, left his motorbike on the bridge, then jumped off with his two children.
At the location where the father and his three children went missing, local residents discovered a motorbike with a Nghe An license plate and two school bags. Immediately after, authorities quickly deployed a rescue plan. Volunteer rescue teams also participated in the search for the victims.
The victims were identified as Mr. VVD (born in 1993, residing in Kim Lien commune, Nghe An) and his two daughters VHB (born in 2020), VGT (born in 2021). The two children are the children of Mr. VVD and Ms. BTY (born in 1999).
