In particular, in Cua Lo (Vinh City), with the special feature of night squid fishing, fishing close to shore, fishermen find ways to keep squid alive in the boat's hold. The squids that reach the shore are still swimming, when caught and sold, they are still fresh, crackling, their eyes and spots on their bodies sparkle with sparkling colors, so they are called "dancing squid" or "flash squid". Fisherman Nguyen Van Son, owner of a fishing boat in Quynh Phuong ward, said: "After 5 days at sea, the boat caught 4 tons of squid along with various types of fish such as needlefish, mackerel, and anchovies.
