Provincial People's Council delegates lay wreaths to report their achievements to President Ho Chi Minh.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 18th, before the 15th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council, the provincial People's Council delegates held a ceremony to lay flowers and report their achievements to President Ho Chi Minh at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh City.
Attending the ceremony were: Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hong Chau - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
Also attending were leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Head of the National Assembly Delegation, and delegates attending the 15th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council laid a wreath of fresh flowers, expressing their profound respect and boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - who dedicated his entire life to the cause of national liberation and class liberation.
The 15th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council will focus on reviewing the results of implementing socio-economic, national defense and security tasks in 2015, some tasks and directions for 2016, and deciding on personnel matters within the authority of the Provincial People's Council.
