Representatives of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council meet with voters in Nghia Dan.
On the morning of May 22nd, provincial People's Council delegates including Mr. Hoang Phu Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Justice; and Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong Thao - Chairwoman of the Farmers' Association of Nghia Hung commune, met with voters from Nghia Tho and Nghia Loi communes (Nghia Dan district) before the mid-year 2025 session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.

Representatives of the Provincial People's Council informed voters about the summary of the results of the province's socio-economic development tasks in the first five months of 2025, the main tasks and solutions for the end of 2025; and the expected program and content of the mid-year session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.
Voters in Nghia Loi and Nghia Tho communes submitted 16 opinions and recommendations to the provincial People's Council representatives, concerning issues such as: the widespread availability of counterfeit and substandard goods on the market, and a request for relevant departments to take strict action. Voters also requested action regarding the collection of fees and land taxes from those who lease land from the 1/5 One-Member Limited Liability Company.

Some voters suggested that strict environmental protection measures are needed, as many livestock farms in the communes are currently operating illegally, affecting the surrounding environment. Regarding transportation, voters also hoped that relevant authorities would strictly manage oversized and overloaded vehicles that are impacting traffic...

During the meeting, the Nghia Dan district authorities clarified several issues within their jurisdiction. On behalf of the provincial People's Council delegates, Mr. Hoang Phu Hien directly addressed some matters within their authority. Other issues were compiled by the provincial People's Council delegates and forwarded to the relevant authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
