Provincial People's Council representatives meet with voters in Thanh Vinh ward.
On the afternoon of June 5th, provincial People's Council representatives held a meeting with voters in Thanh Vinh ward ahead of the mid-year session of the 19th Provincial People's Council, term 2026-2031.
Attending the meeting with voters were Provincial People's Council representative Pham Tuan Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, along with other members of the Provincial People's Council.

During the meeting, held in a democratic and open atmosphere, voters in Thanh Vinh ward raised and suggested many issues related to urban infrastructure, electricity, education, the environment, and social welfare policies.
Voters have raised concerns about several shortcomings on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Le Hong Phong streets following the renovation and upgrading process, such as the construction site not being fully restored, and some infrastructure items remaining incomplete, affecting traffic safety and urban aesthetics. Voters request that relevant authorities direct the construction unit to promptly rectify and complete the remaining items so that the project can be handed over and put into use.

Many opinions also expressed concerns about the overloading of the power grid in residential areas, the risk of electrical safety hazards, and suggested that the power sector should soon upgrade the power system and address the leaning and deteriorated power poles after the impact of natural disasters.

In the field of education, voters suggested that relevant authorities study solutions to reduce the pressure of enrollment at the beginning of each school year, and add more classrooms to meet the increasing learning needs of students in the area.
In addition, voters requested that the province continue to prioritize investment in upgrading transportation infrastructure, schools, and health centers; implement measures to stabilize prices; accelerate the progress of social welfare projects; and effectively implement policies and regulations for officials following the reorganization of administrative units.
Voters also raised concerns related to environmental pollution, food safety, and the security and order situation in cyberspace; and expressed their desire for effective solutions from all levels and sectors to improve the quality of life for the people and promote local socio-economic development.

After listening to the opinions and suggestions of the voters, representatives of departments, agencies, and local authorities acknowledged and explained the issues within their jurisdiction. On behalf of the provincial People's Council delegation, Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh acknowledged the heartfelt opinions of the voters; and fully accepted the suggestions to compile and submit them to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution in the future.
