The merger of communes has resulted in surplus office buildings; we request guidance from the province on repurposing the facilities in the meeting halls. Following the reorganization, some leading officials have requested early retirement; when will the decision be made, and which level of authority will issue the decision to pay their retirement benefits? Bac Son commune has an elephant that frequently destroys people's crops; measures need to be taken to relocate the elephant to a conservation area.

Speaking at the Quỳ Hợp voter consultation meeting, provincial People's Council representatives acknowledged and highly appreciated the heartfelt and responsible opinions of voters regarding the common development goals of the province and localities. They also emphasized that, despite the ongoing restructuring of commune-level administrative units, tasks related to socio-economic development, people's lives, and production are always given attention and addressed by all levels and sectors, ensuring uninterrupted progress. This year marks the end of the term, and while the economy faces numerous challenges, Nghe An province is striving and determined to achieve and surpass development goals in all areas.
