National Assembly delegate from Nghe An delegation holds the position of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs
Major General Tran Duc Thuan - National Assembly delegate of Nghe An delegation has just been approved by the National Assembly Standing Committee to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly.

The announcement ceremony took place on the morning of October 10 at the National Assembly House. In Resolution No. 1861/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved Major General Tran Duc Thuan - National Assembly Deputy of Nghe An province, Member of the National Assembly working full-time at the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly.
Major General Tran Duc Thuan was born on September 20, 1968, in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district, now Hung Nguyen commune, Nghe An province. He has a Master's degree in Law.
He began studying and working in the Vietnam People's Army in 1986, when he was a student at the Artillery Officer School. During his career, he held various positions in Military Region 4, and was also trained at Hanoi Law University and Hanoi Procuracy College.
