Members of Parliament meet with voters in Thai Hoa town.
On the morning of December 3rd, National Assembly delegates elected in constituency No. 2 of Nghe An province met with constituents following the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly in Thai Hoa town.
Attending the meeting with voters were National Assembly representatives: Tran Duc Thuan - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security; Vi Van Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee, along with representatives from the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and relevant departments and agencies.

At the conference, National Assembly delegates informed voters about the important results of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly, as well as the activities of the provincial National Assembly delegates during the session. After 29.5 days of work in a spirit of unity, democracy, proactiveness, urgency, and high responsibility, the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly completed its entire agenda.

In a spirit of frankness, voters in Thai Hoa town have submitted numerous suggestions and recommendations to the National Assembly, the Government, and Nghe An province. Ten voter suggestions addressed several issues, including: solutions to strengthen control over the volume of heavy, overloaded trucks and container vehicles speeding and driving recklessly on National Highway 48 at night, causing traffic safety disruptions; and the one-time allowance for individuals and groups awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit, which is currently only provided to individuals, with no guidance yet on providing the allowance to families or clans receiving the award…

Voters have pointed out that Thai Hoa town has three mountainous communes/wards: Nghia Tien commune, Long Son ward, and Quang Tien ward. The remaining communes are in the plains, but the allowance for teachers working in Nghia My, Nghia Thuan, and Hoa Hieu communes is 35%, while in Tay Hieu, Dong Hieu, and Quang Phong it is 50%. Besides Prime Minister's Decision No. 861, does Nghe An province have any other documents regulating regions and areas for the 2021-2025 period?
Voters in Thai Hoa town have reported that the issuance of land use right certificates to six households in Thinh My hamlet, who relocated in 2004, has yet to be resolved. They request that relevant authorities clarify the reasons for this issue and propose solutions.

According to voters' petitions, the Nghia My Agricultural Cooperative has been inactive for a long time, affecting agricultural production, and they request that relevant authorities find solutions to address this issue in the near future.
In addition, voters also raised concerns and suggestions related to policies for war veterans and their families; land dispute resolution; procedures for issuing and renewing land use right certificates, etc., at the conference.
After listening to the voters' suggestions, representatives from departments, agencies, and Thai Hoa town received and clarified the opinions within their authority. They also compiled the opinions to forward to relevant levels and sectors for prompt resolution.

On behalf of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Nghe An province, National Assembly Deputy Tran Duc Thuan respectfully thanked the voters for their heartfelt and responsible opinions, which addressed and clarified some of their concerns; he acknowledged and accepted all legitimate opinions and suggestions from the voters to compile and forward to relevant levels and sectors for consideration and resolution.
