Members of Parliament meet with voters in Binh Chuan and Mau Thach communes.
On the morning of December 23, the delegation of National Assembly representatives from Nghe An province met with voters in Binh Chuan and Mau Thach communes following the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Attending the meeting with voters were National Assembly deputies: Hoang Minh Hieu - full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice; and Tran Nhat Minh - full-time National Assembly deputy of the Nghe An Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
Also attending were representatives from departments and agencies of Nghe An province; leaders of communes, representatives of business units, and a large number of voters from blocks and villages in Binh Chuan and Mau Thach communes.

At the meeting, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Mr. Tran Nhat Minh - a full-time National Assembly representative from the Nghe An Provincial National Assembly delegation - reported to the voters on the results and content of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of the Provincial National Assembly delegation.

Voters in the communes expressed their confidence in and appreciation for the results of the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly, as well as the serious and responsible working spirit of the National Assembly delegation of Nghe An province.
In a spirit of frankness and responsibility, voters have contributed many opinions, suggestions, and requests, urging National Assembly representatives to represent the voters and petition relevant agencies to consider and resolve these issues.
Voters in Binh Chuan and Mau Thach communes expressed their aspirations and made recommendations focusing on improving the administrative apparatus through proposals for personnel recruitment and investment in office infrastructure to meet the requirements of the new government model.

In addition, voters expressed concerns about cybersecurity and urged the National Assembly to improve the legal framework to protect citizens.
Voters in Xiệt village (Bình Chuẩn commune) have proposed expanding the list of medicines covered by health insurance, especially for serious illnesses, in order to reduce the burden on the people, increase access to effective treatment drugs at local facilities, and address the situation where patients have to buy expensive medicines themselves.

Voters in Binh Chuan commune requested that National Assembly representatives provide input to relevant authorities on adjusting the commune's land use plan after the implementation of the two-tiered local government system; pay attention to allocating funds for residential land planning; and plan for three types of forests to align with the direction of the two-tiered local government system.
Regarding telecommunications infrastructure, voters in Mau Thach commune proposed that all levels of government implement solutions to develop information technology infrastructure for disadvantaged areas in order to improve people's access to information and digital application skills.

In addition, voters also frankly raised urgent recommendations related to simplifying land procedures; investing in upgrading dilapidated transportation infrastructure; improving salaries for officials after administrative unit mergers; policies for village and hamlet officials; abolishing mandatory motorcycle insurance; building and upgrading irrigation infrastructure to serve production; upgrading power grid infrastructure;...

After receiving feedback from voters, representatives from provincial departments and agencies, as well as communes, responded to issues within their jurisdiction.

Acknowledging and accepting the feedback, the National Assembly representatives from the province highly appreciated the frankness and responsibility of the voters in the communes, and stated that they would fully convey the recommendations to the National Assembly, the Government, and relevant agencies. Regarding issues falling under the jurisdiction of the province and communes, the National Assembly representatives will monitor and supervise the process to ensure a satisfactory response for the voters as soon as possible.
