Provincial National Assembly representatives meet with voters in Luong Son commune.
On the morning of December 24th, the delegation of National Assembly representatives from the province held a meeting with voters in Luong Son commune following the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Attending the meeting with voters were National Assembly deputies: Hoang Minh Hieu - full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice; and Tran Nhat Minh - full-time National Assembly deputy of the Nghe An Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
Also attending were representatives from departments and agencies of Nghe An province; leaders of communes, representatives of business units, and a large number of voters from various blocks and hamlets in Luong Son commune.

At the conference, voters in Luong Son commune submitted numerous opinions and recommendations to the National Assembly representatives from the province, focusing on urgent needs such as upgrading irrigation infrastructure, transportation routes, and the dilapidated electricity network. In addition, the people proposed important policies related to social welfare and employee benefits, including support for health insurance and salary adjustments to align with the new government model.

Regarding investment and construction, voters requested that higher authorities allocate additional budget to build another pumping station, replacing the damaged Trang Thanh pumping station, to supply water for agricultural production. Furthermore, voters also requested that relevant authorities prioritize investment in, repair, and construction of several currently dilapidated roads and provide funding for the construction of a new kindergarten in the commune to ensure children have access to education.
Voters in Luong Son commune have petitioned the National Assembly to consider and promptly issue guidelines on the establishment of social organizations in accordance with the law, creating conditions for social organizations, especially the elderly association, to operate effectively.

In addition, voters also raised several suggestions related to regulations, policies, and work allowances; health insurance policies for middle-income households; budget allocation for communes to ensure the operation of the two-tiered local government model;... These were submitted to the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries and agencies, and competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
After receiving feedback from voters, representatives from provincial departments and agencies, as well as communes, responded to issues within their jurisdiction.

Acknowledging and accepting the feedback, the National Assembly representative from the province stated that they would fully convey the recommendations to the National Assembly, the Government, and relevant agencies. Regarding matters falling under the jurisdiction of the province and commune, the National Assembly representative will monitor and supervise the process to ensure a satisfactory response for the constituents as soon as possible.
