A shopping mall in Xi'an, China, is having a huge sale on special bags containing "clean air", creating a craze among local people.

Discounted "clean air" attracts customers in Xi'an

Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province is one of the cities in China facing severe pollution. When bottled “clean air” imported from European countries into China quickly “sold out”, even though the price is not cheap – more than 10 USD/bottle.

Therefore, when a shopping mall in Xi’an offered “clean air” for just 1 yuan (about 3,000 VND), it attracted a lot of customers to buy. However, you get what you pay for, the “clean air” bags were hand-packed in plastic bags instead of metal boxes.

Many people even questioned where the manufacturer got this air, but then told themselves that no matter where it was, the air quality in the bag was definitely better than in Xi'an!
