This year, in addition to considering the results of the National High School Graduation Examination, Van Xuan University of Technology is one of 150 universities nationwide that applies the method of admission based on 12th-grade academic transcripts.

To ensure the quality of training and 100% of students find employment at Japanese companies, in 2018, the school only recruited 360 students for 8 training programs including: Information Technology, Biotechnology, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Tourism and Hotel Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, and English Language.

The school is accepting applications for admission based on academic transcripts for the first round from May 2nd to June 30th. To apply for admission based on academic transcripts, students must meet the following conditions: a total average score of 18 points or higher in the three subjects of the chosen admission combination in grade 12, and a conduct rating of "good" or higher.

Applicants need to prepare the following documents for admission: Application form (using the school's standard template); Certified copy of high school transcript; High school graduation certificate or high school diploma (for those who have graduated).

To help candidates understand the admission criteria and secure their place at university, the school organizes counseling sessions to help them choose combinations of subjects that match their strengths, aspirations, and abilities. Therefore, candidates should submit their applications early to gain an advantage and maximize their chances of admission.

For candidates applying based on the results of the National High School Graduation Examination, the admission requirement is that the candidate must have a total score of 15 points or more in the three subjects of the chosen combination.

The admission process will begin after the National High School Graduation Examination results are released.

The Japanese-standard university program offers entrance scholarships from Japanese businesses for students with a national high school exam score of 18 points or higher and an academic transcript score of 21 points or higher, with scholarship values ​​up to 34 million VND.
