This year, in addition to considering the results of the National High School Exam, Van Xuan University of Technology is one of 150 universities nationwide applying the admission method based on 12th grade transcripts.

To ensure the quality of training as well as 100% of students having jobs at Japanese enterprises, in 2018, the school only recruited 360 students for 8 training majors including: Information Technology, Biotechnology, Construction Engineering, Business Administration, Tourism and Hotel Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, English Language.

The school accepts applications for the first round of transcript-based admission from May 2 to June 30. To apply for transcript-based admission to the school, students must meet the following conditions: have an average grade of 12 for the 3 subjects in the admission group of 18 points or higher and have good conduct.

Candidates need to prepare application documents including: Application form (DKXT) using the school's common form; Notarized copy of high school transcript; High school graduation certificate or high school diploma (for graduates).

In order to help candidates understand the admission criteria to ensure their "ticket" to university, the school organizes consultations for candidates to choose a combination of subjects that are strong, suitable to their aspirations and learning abilities. Therefore, candidates should submit their applications early to create advantages for themselves, maximizing the possibility of admission.

For candidates who register for admission based on the results of the National High School Exam, the admission condition to the school is that the candidate has a total score of 3 subjects of the admission group from 15 points or more.

The admission process will be carried out after the National High School Exam results are available.

The Japanese standard university program has entrance scholarships from Japanese enterprises for students with entrance scores from 18 points on the national high school exam and 21 points on their academic transcripts, with a scholarship value of up to 34 million VND.
