Foreign Trade University announces floor score 2025
Foreign Trade University has just announced the minimum score for the 2025 enrollment year, applicable to both admission methods using high school graduation exam results and admission combined with international language certificates.
Foreign Trade University has announced the threshold score to ensure input quality for the admission method based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, applicable to both regular candidates, specialized students and students who won prizes at the provincial/municipal level. This threshold score is calculated on a 30-point scale and includes regional and subject priority points.

For the admission method combining the 2025 high school graduation exam scores and international language certificates, candidates must simultaneously meet the graduation exam score requirements for each program group.

Candidates registering by this method must complete two mandatory registration steps:
- Step 1:Register on the School's Admissions Portal athttps://tuyensinh.ftu.edu.vnfromJuly 22 to 5:00 p.m. July 28, 2025;
- Step 2:Register on the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions Portal fromJuly 16 to 5:00 p.m. July 28, 2025.
Adjust the difference in scores between admission combinations
Based on the score distribution of the 2025 high school graduation exam, Foreign Trade University has adjusted the score difference between the subject groups for admission according to Method 2 (admission based on the high school exam results of three subjects) as follows:
For training programs on a 30-point scale: combinations A01, D01, D02, D03, D04, D06, D07 will have a benchmark score 1.00 point lower than combination A00.
For the Language and Computer Science and Data Science in Economics and Business programs (on a 40-point scale): No difference between subject combinations is applied.
This regulation is applied uniformly at all three training facilities of the school: Hanoi Headquarters, Ho Chi Minh City Campus and Quang Ninh Campus.
Expected announcement of the conversion table of admission scores
Foreign Trade University also announced that it will publish the equivalent score conversion table between admission methods and admission groups before 5:00 p.m. on July 23, 2025. Candidates need to closely follow this information on the school's official channels to be able to adjust their wishes in the most timely and accurate manner.
