Vinh University: Commends 107 outstanding female students.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of March 6th, to commemorate the 108th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 8th, Vinh University held a ceremony to honor 107 female students who received the title of "Outstanding Female Student".
During the past academic year, many female students at Vinh University achieved excellent academic and training results, were awarded the title of outstanding student by the Rector, and were considered for Party membership.

In volunteer movements, female students at Vinh University also demonstrate a pioneering spirit on many fronts. In particular, female youth union officials from the branches and liên chi đoàn (federations of branches) are key factors contributing significantly to the quality and success of youth union movements.
For example, Ton Nu Minh Ngoc, a female student from class 56A1 Mathematics, has achieved many outstanding accomplishments in academics, scientific research, and youth union activities; Tran To Uyen, a female student from class 56B2 Law, has a high academic average and is very enthusiastic in youth union movements.

Speaking at the awards ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Thai Van Thanh, Vice Rector of the university, said that with 60% of the students being female, they have made a significant contribution to the university's achievements in recent years.
The title "Outstanding Female Student" will serve as motivation for students to strive even harder; to develop and spread their achievements, to continue contributing to the school's overall movement, and to be steadfast in establishing themselves and their careers.
