The 9th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (March 13-23, 1959)
To enhance the Party's leadership role in the economic and cultural reform and development, from March 15 to 23, 1959, the 9th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee opened in Vinh town with 254 delegates (180 official delegates and 74 alternate delegates).
