The 7th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (May 1950)
In mid-May 1950, the 7th Provincial Party Congress opened in Dien Cat commune (Dien Chau district). The Congress was attended by 300 delegates, representing 48,750 party members from 254 branches across 12 districts.
