Eighth Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (August 1951)
In August 1951, the Eighth Congress of the Vietnam Labor Party Committee of Nghe An Province opened in Quang Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district). The Congress included 289 delegates, representing 50,459 party members from 290 branches in 12 districts.
