The 10th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (1960 - 1961)
From June 24th to July 1st, 1960, the 10th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (Round 1) was held in Vinh town, and from March 20th to 30th, 1961, the 10th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (Round 2) was organized. The Congresses were attended by 238 official delegates and 87 observer delegates.
