Congress of Delegates of the Nghe Tinh Provincial Party Committee (1991)

In accordance with the Central Party Committee's policy and directives on organizing Party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 7th National Party Congress, from April 23 to 28, 1991, in Vinh City, the Nghe Tinh Provincial Party Committee held its first Provincial Party Congress. The Congress was attended by 493 official delegates and 9 observer delegates.
