Attending the Congress were comrade: Le Thi Hong Khanh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee.

In the 2015-2020 term, the Party Committee focused on leading specialized agencies to maximize their functions, advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct sectors and levels to effectively implement the Party and State's ethnic policies in the province, notably: Program 135, Migration support policy for ethnic minorities, Direct support policy for poor households, Policy for prestigious people in ethnic minorities, Policy to support the preservation and development of ethnic minority culture.

The grassroots political system is increasingly consolidated and strengthened; national defense and security are also consolidated and maintained, creating favorable conditions for socio-economic development and stabilizing the lives of people of all ethnic groups.

The Congress discussed and agreed that in the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee Party Committee will continue to strengthen responsibility, democracy, solidarity, creativity, and leadership to excellently complete the tasks of ethnic work and ethnic policies in the new situation, and build a clean and strong Party Committee.
Determined to successfully and effectively implement the political tasks and targets set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Ethnic Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The Congress elected 5 comrades to the Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term and elected a delegation to attend the higher-level Congress. Comrade Luong Thanh Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee was elected as Secretary of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
