With the attention and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, relevant levels and sectors, and with the efforts of female enterprises in Nghe An province, in recent times, the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Nghe An Women's Enterprise Association has actively participated in preparing for the first Congress, term 2018 - 2023.

Nghe An Province Women Entrepreneurs Association is a professional social organization, established and operating on the principle of voluntariness and equality of female entrepreneurs of all economic sectors operating legally in Nghe An province. The purpose of the Association is to gather and unite female entrepreneurs in many industries to share, connect and strive for the development of its members, conduct production and business activities in accordance with the law, contributing to improving the capacity of each enterprise led by women...

Thereby, contributing to affirming the role of female entrepreneurs in the business community and in the socio-economic development of the province and the country, striving for the development and equality of women in the period of economic integration and development 4.0.

At the Congress, the Decision to establish Nghe An Women Entrepreneurs Association was announced, the draft charter and operational direction for the first term were approved, and the Executive Committee was introduced and the President and Vice Presidents of the Association were elected.

Speaking at the Congress, comrades Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of female enterprises in Nghe An province in promoting production and business, making an important contribution to socio-economic development and social security activities... At the same time, they emphasized: The Women's Entrepreneurs Association needs to gather, unite, and support to promote the talents, intelligence, roles and contributions of female entrepreneurs and enterprises for the socio-economic development of the locality; Protect the legal and legitimate rights of female enterprises...

Along with that, the Association needs to promote its role as a bridge between businesses and the government... In the coming time, the provincial authorities will always accompany the business community to remove difficulties and obstacles, train human resources, build infrastructure to serve production and business, and commit to creating the most favorable conditions within the legal framework for women's businesses to develop. Create more and more equal opportunities for women entrepreneurs, create conditions for women entrepreneurs to contribute more to socio-economic development.
