Dai Hue is bustling with the first rose season

Persimmon is a multi-purpose crop in Dai Hue commune (Nghe An). With good prices at the beginning of the season and fast consumption, persimmon growers in Dai Hue commune are quite excited.

These days, farmers in Dai Hue commune (Nam Xuan commune, old Nam Dan district) are harvesting the first crop of persimmons. In their gardens and on the slopes of Dai Hue mountain, local people grow many types of persimmons, such as mountain persimmons, bamboo persimmons, egg persimmons, and civet persimmons... Although this rose apple crop has not been harvested yet, it is estimated to yield more than 3 tons. It is known that Dai Hue commune has nearly 195 hectares of persimmons, concentrated in the two old communes of Nam Anh and Nam Xuan. Depending on the type of persimmon, it ripens early or late, so it is quite convenient for people to harvest and consume. After harvesting the persimmons, people will enter the egg persimmon season.
