(Baonghean.vn) - Many people in the border villages of Nghe An are always grateful to the doctors and nurses of the Border Guard for helping them receive timely medical examination and treatment. The "green uniform" medical force currently has nearly 90 people, both performing the duties of border guards and taking care of the health of people in the highlands.
For many years, Huoi Bac Military Medical Station has been a familiar place for the people of Huoi Bac village and neighboring villages of Bac Ly commune (Ky Son district). Whenever they are sick, the people here come to receive free medical examination and treatment from the doctors of My Ly Border Guard Station. Thanks to the medicine from the border doctor, my leg pain and difficulty walking have been cured.” The working group of My Ly Border Guard Station stationed in Huoi Bac village has 3 doctors on duty, both performing the duties of a border guard soldier and examining and treating patients, and disseminating community health knowledge to the people in the villages.
