| Dan Le and Khai Anh fell in love when they were high school students at Thang Long High School in Hanoi. Both handsome and talented, they were a famous couple, no less popular than today's hot boys and hot girls. Dan Le recounted that she and her husband met in the school's performing arts group in 1998, became friends, and then became lovers on Valentine's Day in 1999. |

| And of course, there were those dreamy, Korean-style photos that were trending among young people. "Back then, in their time, Valentine's Day was a completely new concept. They gave each other small cards, sweet candies, and only a rose was considered a luxury. Therefore, in the box called 'memories,' she found countless postcards," Dan Le recounted. |

| But their beautiful love story also went through countless ups and downs. The first major separation was when Khai Anh left to study abroad. "A picture of the two of us hugging and crying at the airport, when he was about to leave for his studies. A picture of her looking pretty at 18 or 20, which he gave to look at whenever he missed his girlfriend," Dan Le said emotionally. |

| And there was a time when they parted ways, seemingly never to appear in each other's lives again. Each pursued other relationships, and Dan Le even had another marriage. "The last time they parted, she wiped away her tears, gathered all the handwritten letters, photos, and memories they had shared, and put them all in a box to return to him. She wanted to erase all the memories they had, but didn't have the courage to throw them away. She gave them back to him, leaving it up to him to decide the fate of their memories," Dan Le wrote. |

| But fate wouldn't let them be apart: "Years later, just when he thought the box would remain in a place unknown to anyone but him, it was unexpectedly found by another girl. She was angry and threw the box away. He called her and asked if she still wanted to keep it. She thought about it and once again let him decide the fate of the memories. One day, they met again, her heart broken and he finally realized who the true love of his life was. She returned to a place she thought she would never set foot in again." |

| After their wedding in 2011, Dan Le and Khai Anh have been happily together with the support of their families. This Valentine's Day, Khai Anh also posted a photo of him giving his wife a sweet kiss with a message in English: "I love you so much." |

| Currently, they have two children, Khai Minh and Khai Nguyen. Recently, Dan Le appeared in the film "The Judge," which her husband co-directed. Tomorrow (February 16th), they will celebrate their 8th wedding anniversary. |
