President Luong Cuong meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin

On the occasion of attending the 80th anniversary of the victory over fascism of the world's people in Beijing (China), on the afternoon of September 3, President Luong Cuong met with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

13 cases were fined for vehicles without tags and insufficient funds in their accounts to travel on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot highway.

From February 13 to now, there have been 13 cases of fines on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot highway.
Vehicles without tags or insufficient funds in their accounts traveling on the highway will be fined.

Phuc Thanh Hung Investment Joint Stock Company is the unit that manages, operates and collects tolls for the Dien Chau - Bai Vot Expressway Project. It will coordinate with the Traffic Police force on the route to penalize vehicles that have not yet affixed tags and vehicles with insufficient funds in their accounts that are circulating on the route, causing traffic congestion at toll stations.
