13 cases were fined because their vehicles did not have tags and did not have enough money in their accounts to travel on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot highway.
From February 13th to now, on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot highway, there have been 13 cases of fines.
Information from Highway Traffic Police Team No. 4 - Road and Railway Traffic Patrol and Control Guidance Department (Traffic Police Department) said that after a period of propaganda and reminders, currently Highway Traffic Police Team No. 4, in charge of National Highway 45 - Nghi Son - Dien Chau - Bai Vot, has strictly handled cases of vehicles without tags and vehicles with insufficient money in their accounts circulating on the route.

From February 13th to now, on the entire route assigned to them, the Team has handled over 20 violations. Particularly on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot expressway, there were 13 cases.
Automatic toll collection on the highway brings many obvious advantages, creating maximum convenience for traffic participants. Therefore, when there is a vehicle without a toll tag or insufficient money in the account when passing through the toll station, it will cause traffic congestion and disruption, affecting the movement of other vehicles. To solve this problem, the Team will continue to increase the deployment of forces at toll stations, in order to promptly detect and handle violations.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Kim Thi - Captain of Highway Traffic Police Team No. 4 - Road and Railway Traffic Patrol and Control Guidance Department (Traffic Police Department)

According to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 6, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, drivers of vehicles that are not eligible for non-stop electronic toll collection (vehicles without terminal tags) entering the lane reserved for non-stop electronic toll collection at toll stations will be fined from 2-3 million VND and have 2 points deducted from their driving license.
